Customer Support Representative

Full-Time Support

We are looking for a talented customer support representative to join our team. Your responsibility will be to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and effective support to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome;
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service.


Candidate requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical support, or NOC team member;
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift rotation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Effective communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
