Back-end PHP Developer

Full-Time Development

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-end PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the back-end of web applications using PHP and MySQL;
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code;
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate the back-end with the front-end of the application;
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs to support the front-end of the application;
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise on the back-end of the application;
  • Optimize the performance of the back-end and ensure that it is scalable and secure;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies;
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Front-End and Back-End engineers.


Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end web development using PHP and MySQL;
  • Solid experience in writing unit and integration tests is a MUST;
  • Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
  • Experience with performance optimization and microservices;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Previous experience in online Gaming area is a plus;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented.


Desirable skills, attributes and experience:

  • Experience with Symfony PHP Framework is required;

We are looking for a talented customer support representative to join our team. Your responsibility will be to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and effective support to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome;
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service.


Candidate requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical support, or NOC team member;
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift rotation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Effective communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
